Version 8.7 and higher

In multireviews, different objectiF RM element types are combined in order to then have them evaluated by one or more people.

Dialog opens:

• via context menu of a package with command Create Multireview
• via the context menu of a multireview with the command Edit Multireview

Dialog

Name Name of the review. The name is freely selectable when creating.

Stereotype When creating a new review, the MultiReview stereotype is set by default. The drop-down menu can be used to change the stereotype if others exist. The stereotype can be extended.

Multireview Kind You can select a suitable review type here using the drop-down menu. The following types are offered: Technical Review, Informal Review, Walktrough, Inspection, Management Review, Assessment und Other.

Due dateDate by which the multireview should be completed. You enter the date via the calendar.

State Use the drop-down menu to change the state of the multireview.

Tab „Elements“

Use the Plus button on the right side to select the elements to be reviewed in a selection dialog. If you want to remove assigned elements, select them and click on the Delete button.

Tab „Reviewer“

Use the Plus button to assign responsible employees to perform the review. Use the Delete button to remove the employees. If an assignment exists, you can see which project employees have been assigned as well as the status and the comments entered for the individual reviewers. Reviewers assigned here will be assigned to all review elements. If you want only certain people to review a review element, make the assignment after creating it or change the assignment after creating it in the Enter multireview results dialog.

Tab „Description“

Here you can enter a description of the review.

Tab „Comments“

Here you can see all the reviewer comments that have been made so far. The tab is read-only.

Tab „Attachments“

The Plus button can be used to assign additional files (such as images, documents, etc.) to the review.

Tab „Further Properties“

If user-defined properties have been created in the properties dialog of the set stereotype, you can set or edit properties here.
