Portfolio Management

With objectiF RPM you can plan and manage projects and programs with the help of a portfolio. This includes creating and displaying value streams, as well as special queries which allow you to edit and view all relevant data from the various value streams centrally. Views, such as those for roadmaps, backlogs, and earned value analysis’ are expanded or new ones, such as earned value tree maps, are created. In addition, you can define a budget that can then be applied to all value streams.
