View “Time Recording”
The Time Recording view is created automatically when a project is created. A project member can enter his or her daily working time in the view. When you open the view, the system displays all activities in a calendar week that are currently being processed and to which the logged on employee is assigned as the processor.
The view can be opened:
- in the Products window, in Analyses/ Views package
Time recording displays the working time spent for each day for the currently selected week and the total working time for an activity and compares it with the planned values (planned/actual effort). Plan overruns are indicated in red, free capacities in green. If plan values and recorded actual times match, this is highlighted in blue.
