Properties
Frequently used
This category displays frequently used controls, properties, and options for each control. You cannot edit the category.
General
Enabled | This determines whether the DateTimeBox can be edited or is only visible. By default, the option is checked. If the DateTimeBox is disabled, it will be grayed out. |
Beginning/ End | Here you can define a start and end date and time for the DateTimeBox. In the form you can only enter a date within the time span. |
Mandatory (version 6.1) | Select this option if you want the date field to be a mandatory field. Mandatory fields must not be left empty and are therefore marked with a red frame and a yellow triangle. |
Read only | Here you determine whether the date in the form can be changed. |
Type | Here you select which date type is to be displayed. You can choose between the type Date and Date and Time. |
Value | Select a user-defined property of type Date or DateTime here. The property determines the format in which the date is saved in the form. If you are not offered a value, create a new property type for the stereotype (that you selected when you created the form). (For example, for requirements: Settings/Stereotypes/DomainElement/Requirement.) |
Label
You can place labels on the left, right, above or below a DateTimeBox. By default, the label is displayed on the left. It is also possible to display multiple labels. Click on the arrow behind an alignment to get more properties for the label.
