Design Help Page for a Form
Every form has a lower area on the left hand side- next to the buttons for Create, Save and Close– with a button that has a question mark as its icon. By default, clicking on this button will take you to the online help page for the opened form. However, it’s also possible to create your own help page for forms.
- Open the form you wish to configure in the form designer. Do this either by double-clicking on it or by selecting the command Design in its context menu.
- Click on the grey lower-area of the form and…
- …click on Show properties.
- Open the entry for Dialog/Help.
- In the field for Link, copy and paste a link to an alternative online help site or a navigation path to a document.
- Click on the grey circle and in the field for Deutsch, enter a link for users who have the tool set to German.
- Click on Save.
