Context-Specific Menu
The context-specific menu provides access to organization- or project-specific settings. The content displayed depends on whether you have an organization, a project, or neither open.
You can always access the context-specific menu by clicking this button:
Most settings require administrative privileges. Access can be further restricted through permissions.
From the userboard, you can:
- Create organizations
- Create projects
- Create database user
- Create user
From the organization, you can:
- Create organizations and edit organization properties
- Create projects and edit project properties
- Edit database user
- Create user
- Create staff
- Create and edit organization guideline
- Export organization
- Delete organization
From the project, you can:
- Create organizations and projects
- Edit project properties (project information that is displayed in the userboard via the tile.)
- Export project / parts of project
- Import project / parts of other project
- Edit project user
- Define rights
- Configure mailbox
- Import/ Export from other systems (Jira, ReqIF, etc.)
- Create and edit project guideline
- Import requirements from in-STEP BLUE
- Delete project
