Exchange data via REST API

objectiF RPM offers an Application Programming Interface (API) that you as a developer can use to exchange data between objectiF RPM and other applications. The API adheres to the criteria of REST (Representational State Transfer) and is available via the objectiF RPM web client.

You can use HTTP requests to access the database to query, create, change, or delete data. Together with the REST API, microTOOL offers a test tool that performs some basic operations on various resources via the API. In addition, examples are available that illustrate the authentication process and show how to make a request. The test tool was developed using C# (.NET 4.5).
