View “Time recording for staff members”

In the Time recording for staff members view, a project user can enter his or her daily working time on a project basis or view the entered working time. The open view displays the individual projects on the left-hand side with all activities to which the logged on employee is assigned as processor.

The view can be opened:

• in an organization via  the Organization window, in Information/ about staff members package

The dialog

Editing Options

	Previous time range / Next time range Selects the time period displayed.
	Resets the time range to match the current week.
	Refreshes the view after changes have been made.
	A click on this button takes over the suggested daily workload as actual working time for all days.
	Double-click to edit your working time.
