Define form template as standard

Artifacts and entities can have more than one form template. You can confirm which form should be used by double-clicking the element in views, queries, etc in a form template.

Specify new standard template

If there are more forms defined for entities (requirements, actors, goals, etc) and you would like to use these, then they must be marked as new standard templates. If this option is not activated, then the standard form will be used.

Tip
If there is only one form for an artifact or an entity, then you don’t have to explicitly enter which one should be the standard.
  1. Open the form with the context menu command Edit.
  2. Mark the Default form checkbox.
  1. Confirm with OK.
