Views
Within an organization and a project, there are various views available that you can create or adapt to suit your requirements. Some can only be created in organizations, such as the roadmap or the multi-project plan.
Views within an organization
objectiF RPM offers the following view types within an organization:
- Directories with files
- Staff with activities
- Multi project plan (Version 5.2 and higher)
- Time recording
Views within a project
You can create these view types in a project:
General Views
- Backlog views (shows requirements, use cases and activities)
- Directories with files (shows directories and files hierarchically)
- Time recording (Weekly view, which employees can use to enter their times)
- Requirements hierarchy with activities (shows requirements and the activities to which they are assigned)
- Staff member with activities (displays the activities to which an employee has been assigned for an employee)
Project-specific views
- Project with inputs and outputs
- Project with requirements (displays all activities with the assigned requirements)
- Project plan (Gantt chart)
- Project plan with staff utilization
Activity views
- Activities with inputs/outputs (displays all inputs and outputs for an activity)
- Activities with requirements (displays the requirements assigned to an activity)
- Activities with users (displays all users assigned to an activity)
- Activity plan/Project plan
- Activities with costs Version 5.2 and higher (displays various costs for activities, such as additional costs, personnel costs, budget)
