Calendar

There are two calendar types in objectiF RPM: the Project Calendar and the Staff Calendar. Both can be used to create new calendar entries, import public holidays and define availabilities.

Project Calendar

In the Project Calendar, you can enter project-related deadlines and time off, which are then automatically displayed in the calendars of all project members.

You edit the Project Calendar via the backstage menu of a project by clicking Project/ Project Calendar.

  Inserts a new calendar entry.
  Switches to the day view.
  Switches to the week view.
  Switches to the month view.
  The basic availability of the individual user is defined here.
  Here you import holidays.
Staff Calendar

You can use the Staff Calendar to plan meetings, training courses, or absences due to illness, for example. You can enter non-working times directly in the Staff ‘s Calendar and specify for each individual day whether it is non-working or a workday, and which times cannot be scheduled. You call up the Staff Calendar:

  • within an organization via the backstage menu by clicking Organization/ Staff Management and selecting the Calendar command from the context menu of an user.
  • within a project via the backstage menu by clicking Settings/ Calendar
