There are two calendar types in objectiF RPM: the Project Calendar and the Staff Calendar. Both can be used to create new calendar entries, import public holidays and define availabilities.
In the Project Calendar, you can enter project-related deadlines and time off, which are then automatically displayed in the calendars of all project members.
You edit the Project Calendar via the backstage menu of a project by clicking Project/ Project Calendar.
You can use the Staff Calendar to plan meetings, training courses, or absences due to illness, for example. You can enter non-working times directly in the Staff ‘s Calendar and specify for each individual day whether it is non-working or a workday, and which times cannot be scheduled. You call up the Staff Calendar:
- within an organization via the backstage menu by clicking Organization/ Staff Management and selecting the Calendar command from the context menu of an user.
- within a project via the backstage menu by clicking Settings/ Calendar
