Define form template as standard
Entities and artifacts can have more than one form template. If you have created several form templates for a stereotype or an alternative to the forms supplied, you can specify which of the forms is to be used as the default when the element is opened with a double-click in views, queries, and so on.
Specify new standard template
If there are more forms defined for entities (requirements, actors, goals, etc) and you would like to use these, they must be marked as new standard templates. If this option is not activated, then the standard form will be used.
Tip
If there is only one form for an artifact or an entity, then you don’t have to explicitly enter which one should be the standard.

- Open the form with the context menu command Edit.
- Mark the Default form checkbox.
- Confirm with OK.
Create artifacts with forms
Open the view Products and select the command Create with Form… from the context menu of a package. In the expanded context menu, click on the form that you would like to use.
Note
Under the menu option Create with…, entries will only be shown when a form has been defined for the stereotype and a context element has been allocated to the artifact in the tab Owner.
